Review: Romantic suspense is one of those genres I try to like. I blame Harlequin for never quite making it. I'm a huge fan of mysteries and thrillers.

I have heard a lot of good things about Coleen Coble but I was initially scared of Christian romantic suspense. I'm glad I read this book.

From the very start, I was pulled into the story. In 30 pages it was making me nervous. That's the mark of a great suspense novel.

Dana is running from an abusive relationship to her hometown to live with her brother. She thinks she's getting away from her ex-fiance, but she quickly learns that that is not the case and things start to move quickly from there.

I love that a Christian writer is tackling "Real life" issues and making things darker than the average novel. Life is not always pretty..and well this book shows that side of life.

This book has many twists and turns. Totally a fabulous read.
