Review: Its been ages since I read a boo by Susan Elizabeth Phillips and I really can't recall why? When I read Heroes Are My Weakness, I remembered how fun her books were.

The plot seems like a cross between Misery and Castle.

I was like, woah....what?

Susan is writing gothic now?

Well, yes she is and she does it well.

It's not your typical novel by SEP. She's a master of chicklit/women's fiction. Now we know that she can do more than that.

Annie and Theo's story may not be what fans are expecting, but it is a great departure and it shows readers that SEP can do more than what is expected.

Definitely a book for someone looking for something a little out of the ordinary in the romance genre.

Rating: 4 flowers
