Only one of my books actually came in the mail this week which is kind of strange, because I always have books showing up at my house! I guess I haven't bought much online lately. In a round about way that's a good thing.

Oh I've also downloaded all of the freebie classics from Barnes and Noble for my Nook. There are too many of those for me to mention though.

I was doing my best to avoid book stores this week, but this Saturday I went to Goodwill and the book fairy had definitely visited the store, because I found erm...I'm almost embarrassed to say this, 16 books there and when I got home, there was a package for me, with another book in it.

So book wise, I had a crazy awesome week. Take a look at my stash..then try not to laugh at me too much for spending $16.00 on books at Goodwill! There's too many to mention but I got books by Candace Camp, Brenda Joyce, Terry Pratchett and Amanda Quick to name a few.

I had quite a good week for books. The sad thing is that I had a doctor's appointment last Friday so I stopped by the gift shop in the hospital, and picked up 4 paperbacks for $1.00. Not to mention the Goodwill books I got yesterday and the others I picked up at a cool new book store at the mall!

So many books bought this week, care of a sale at Books-A-Million. A give-away I won showed up and I got my eharlequin order in too! Yay for more books. Boo for not enough time to read everything!



All of my purchases and stash are in a cute little tote bag I got when I renewed my discount card at my crack house (Books-A-Million). They probably should give me more than a tote considering how much money I spend there in a year. Oye vey.

Two of my Harlequin shipments came in the mail this week and my BOMC2 book came. (That was Lisa See's Shanghai Girls, which I've been waiting over a year to get)

This weekend was also an awesome shopping weekend. Books-A-Million had a one day sale on Saturday and I had to pick up a book for my sister at Barnes & Noble, which prompted me to buy a few more books.

I'll be opening my own library soon, or at least my own used book store! LOL!

My mailbox was empty this week, though I am waiting on a book I won at the end of May in a contest.

My purchases were mostly at the Goodwill store and one book from Target. I'm quite happy that I got the Emilie Richards, as it was a recent add to my wishlist. The book I bought at Target was The Devil's Queen. However The Wednesday Letters was my find of the week! I've been putting off buying that one since it came off the list at BOMC2, so imagine my surprise when I find a copy at Goodwill for $1.99!! How awesome is that?

Mailbox Books

My only mailbox books were from Harlequin this week. I received my monthly shipment of Historicals. Harlequin really seems to be going all out for the covers lately, they have really been stunning.



Bought Books

I went to Half Price Books today and hit their clearance shelves. I had great fun there, finding one of Jimmy Buffett's books in hardback for $1! Thanks to Jen, for pointing it out to me. I also found a Jane Feather regency and the latest Julia Quinn! Earlier in the week I bought The Naked Viscount at Walmart!

Look at all my goodies! Aren't they pretty!



Oh and to add to my huge pile o'books, Jen brought me two books she had read so that my TBR pile wouldn't shrink too much!
