HAPPY EVER AFTER IN CHRISTMAS
Christmas, Colorado #7
Debbie Mason
Releasing June 28th, 2016
Forever Romance
It's
beginning to look a lot like love . .
.
As her thirtieth birthday
approaches, Deputy Jill Flaherty decides it's time to live a little. When she
walks into Sawyer Anderson's bar in her sexiest dress, she's not thinking that
he's her brother's best friend or about the many women he dated during his
years as a pro hockey player. All she's thinking is that it's finally time to
confess to her longtime crush how she truly feels.
Sawyer is done being a player on and
off the ice. Yet no one in the small town of Christmas seems to believe he's
ready to settle down, not Jill, and certainly not Jack, who is determined to
keep Sawyer from breaking his little sister's heart. But as Sawyer and Jill's
relationship heats up, can he prove that he's her happy ever after?

Don't miss ANY of the Christmas, Colorado Romances!
I have always wanted to read one of Debbie Mason's books. This is the 7th book in the Christmas, Colorado series, it is also the last in the series, so I can go back and get caught up without having to worry about another book coming out before I finish.
This book reminded me of Emma Cane's Valentine Valley series, which I loved. I seem to be reading a lot of books that have a theme of unrequited love. Jill has loved Sawyer since she was 10, but Sawyer sees her only as the sister of his best friend.
Jill is a deputy, which sets her apart from the typical romance novel heroine. She's one tough cookie, but she has a good heart too.
Sawyer is a pro hockey player and a bit of a player. He's back to Christmas and wants to settle down.
This was a sweet romance and a rocky one for Jill and Sawyer.
Like all small town romance series, there's more going on in this book besides Jill and Sawyer. I liked getting to know Nell.
