Review: This story was short and sweet...ok short and steamy. The Rookie is a mere 25 pages long. A great read before bed if you want to have sexy dreams about gorgeous men and great beer.

I really love the concept of these short stories revolving around brewing. In The Rookie we see Lisa as a real go-getting career woman who doesn't have time for relationships...or when she has one, the man doesn't live up to her standards.

Then she meets Trent...who isn't what he seems. She thinks he's just a rookie salesman, but she finds out after a steamy bought of sex that he's more than a salesman.

The resolution may come a bit quickly in this story, but then again it was only 25 pages. I definitely would love to see a longer story revisiting these characters. I definitely want to know more about what makes Trent tick.

I'm looking forward to reading what's next in the Brewing Passion series
